We want you to love your RIOH pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging (including the RIOH box).
Items must be in perfect condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

To request a return, please email us at stylerioh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

We carefully inspect all pieces before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at stylerioh@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
